Association "Gruzavtotrans" proposed M. Mishustin to introduce restrictions on the sale of diesel fuel for transport companies of the European Union. The proposed limit is 50 liters. For the purchase of fuel in excess of this limit one would have to pay a hefty compensation. This can have an extremely negative impact on the financial situation of European companies: Russian fuel is more than twice as cheap.

М. Kalugin, however, considers such measures too radical. In his opinion, the limit on the purchase of diesel fuel for Europeans should be at least 300 liters.
